Postpartum Doula support in Orange County includes newborn care, mother-baby-bonding, infant soothing, new mother support, sibling care, light meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

Our Postpartum Doulas provide daytime services at a minimum of 6-hour shifts and will work up to 12 hours. A Postpartum Doula’s role changes from day-to-day as the needs of the family change. Postpartum Doulas are there to help a new family in those first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby to do whatever a mother needs to best enjoy and care for her new baby.

Typical shifts are 7pm – 7am, 9pm – 7am but it all depends on your needs.
